Chair Tai-Chi: Wednesdays in September at 1PM. Our teacher, Lori Moran, also is a novelist and a retired magician. Ms. Moran taught Chair Yoga at the library this past Spring.
Fiction Reading: Saturday, September 16 at 2 PM. Join us for readings by flash-fiction writer Sharon White and novelist Joseph Kenyon. Ms. White is a member of the English Department at Temple University and will read from her collection, Boiling Lake. Mr. Kenyon teaches at Philadelphia Community College, and published his first novel, All the Living and the Dead, in 2016.
Medicare and You: Thursday, September 21 at 6:30PM. Anthony Williams of the BGA Insurance Group will explain how Medicare works, what your rights and entitlements are, what benefits you may qualify for, and the difference between Medicare Supplements and Medicare Advantage Plans.
Storytime: Monday, September 11 at 6:30PM. Join us for stories and a craft on a related theme. Aimed at ages 3-7.
PAWS for Reading, Monday, September 25, at 6:30PM. Sign up for a chance to read to a therapy animal.
