Donations for the Fall Festival Give-aways

October 2, 2017

Thanks to all who have donated books for our Fall Festival table! If you are still thinking of bringing books, please don't be insulted if we ask you to be choosy about what you donate.  Remember that these are books we will be sharing with your friends and neighbors--what do you think YOU would like to see on our table?  Not sure what to do?  Here's an idea...

Please do: bring small bags of books published relatively recently, in very good or better condition, into the library and get a big smile and a thank you from the librarian!

Please don't: leave large containers with unsorted books of varying condition and age at our door when we are closed.  Unfortunately, we do not have the space to store and sort through mass book donations at this time, but we would encourage you to consider donating larger collections to Goodwill or another charity.

Have questions?  Feel free to contact us for more information.  And thank you again for helping us share the gift of reading with the people of Stratford!
