Monday, Nov. 20: Class in Selecting Wine

October 20, 2017

Have you ever wondered about the best wine to order at dinner? Red?  White?  Rose?

What would go best with your entree?

On Monday, November 20, at 6:30pm, our library will host Jim Quaile, a Certified Sommelier, who will provide us with an entertaining and informative introduction to the world of wine.

Mr. Quaile has had a multifaceted career: he was part of a long-successful area band called The Quailes and operated a "Best of Philly" restaurant called Big Daddy's Crab Cakes for ten years.  In 2014, Mr. Quaile passed the Court of Master Sommeliers Certified Exam, and he now combines his knowledge of wines with his entertaining style for engaging wine classes and tastings throughout the East Coast.

We are very excited to welcome Mr. Quaile to the Stratford Public Library for this free program.  Please register at the library or by calling us at (856) 783-0602.  For further information, please contact the Director, Alfred Encarnacion
