Program: Author appearance and reading

January 3, 2019

Please join us on Saturday, January 19 at 2PM when we will host poet and memoirist, Elaine Terranova, and poet and fiction writer, Alfred Encarnacion, both of whom will read from their most recent works.  This program is free and all are welcome!  Please register at the library or by calling the library director at (856) 783-0602 ext. 204.

Elaine Terranova has published seven volumes of poetry.  In addition to winning several awards, her work has appeared in critically acclaimed literary journals and anthologies.  Her current writing project is a memoir, parts of which she will read at this event.

Alfred Encarnacion has taught at Temple University and published poems in literary journals as well as in independent collections.  His work has been nominated for two Pushcart Prizes.  His most recent project is a short story that was published in the Schuylkill Valley Journal.  He currently serves as the director of the Stratford Library.
