Meets every Wednesday, beginning 2/5 at 1pm. Serenity Tai Chi is a safe, relaxing way for people, including seniors, to reduce stress through gentle movements combined with awareness of the breath. Tai Chi will be taking a break after 1/8. Stay tuned for updated program information.
