Please join us for “Cooking at the Lib” with Rebeca Cintrón-Loáisiga of the nonprofit Veggies Mijas. Participants will learn how to make Plant-Based Chili and Sorullitos de Maíz (Puerto Rican Corn Meal Fritters).

This cooking class is especially family-friendly but is open to anyone who is interested in learning about Hispanic cuisine. We need to limit the class to 20 attendees, so register soon while seats are available.
